Frequently Asked Questions
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our delivery service to international customers in the future.
Tracking information is provided for all Express and Next Day deliveries. You'll receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched. Standard delivery orders may not include tracking information, but you'll still receive a dispatch notification.
For Royal Mail deliveries, they will attempt delivery to your address. If unsuccessful, they may leave your package with a neighbor or at a local Post Office for collection. DPD offers the ability to reschedule or redirect your delivery through their tracking system.
